Clean Technology Hub Launches She Sustains Accelerator To Empower Women Entrepreneurs

This is to announce the launch of the She Sustains Accelerator with the support of 2X Global Fund for Women-Owned businesses across Nigeria. The She Sustains project is an entrepreneurship acceleration program designed to support women-led and women-benefitting climate solutions in global emerging markets.

Clean Technology Hub with the support of the 2X Global Fund will implement the project. The challenge focuses on identifying, enabling, supporting and funding women-led startups that are building products/services to solve the climate crisis.

The solutions should address challenges across climate adaptation, climate mitigation, clean energy and sustainable agriculture. The startups must be Africa-focused and incorporated in Nigeria.

The 2024 cohort of entrepreneurs who go through the She Sustains accelerator program will receive:

• Expert advisory on ESG, Circular Economy and Sustainable Business Models.
• Coaching and mentoring by successful founders and experts.
• Networking opportunities.
• Access to a pool of investors.
• Equity-free funding totaling up to $10,000.
